"Russian President Vladimir Putin has not yet made a decision on the composition of the Russian negotiating team for the new round of trilateral contacts on Ukraine," Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, public discussion of the agreements reached during the meeting between Putin and US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff could lead to negative consequences.
Peskov also said that Putin had not sent Witkoff any written proposals regarding the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
The Kremlin spokesperson emphasized that a meeting with US President Donald Trump is not currently scheduled in Putin's agenda, but that such a meeting could be arranged quickly if necessary.
