A fire broke out after several unmanned aerial vehicles fell on the territory of an industrial facility in Russia's Tyumen region, Tyumen region Governor Alexander Moor said, APA reports.
According to him, emergency services are working at the scene, and the situation is under his personal control.
Ukrainian OSINT monitoring resources, meanwhile, report that the target may have been the Tyumen oil refinery.
It is noted that the refinery was also targeted by UAV attacks in June and in late July. The facility is located in Western Siberia, more than 2,000 kilometers from the Ukrainian border.
The Tyumen refinery is considered one of Russia's major independent oil refining facilities and has the capacity to process approximately 7.5–9 million tons of oil per year. The refinery mainly supplies gasoline and diesel fuel to Western Siberia and the Urals.
