Mikhail Saakashvili: â€œDmitry Medvedev answered all the questions in connection with the August happeningsâ€

Tbilisi â€“ APA. â€œDmitry Medvedev confessed that Russia had got ready for the war with Georgia before the August developments. It is a splendid confession. It is called a â€œtestimonyâ€ in criminal law,â€ said Georgiaâ€™s Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze while commenting on Russian President Dmitry Medvedevâ€™s interview to the local TV channels, APA reports quoting RIA Novosti. He said the interview was very useful.
â€œThere are so many evidences of the aggression against Georgia that Russia had to correct its position before the international commission begins investigating the August happenings,â€ he said.

Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili also took a stance on the issue. He considers that Medvedev had answered all the questions in connection with the August developments.
â€œMedvedev unambiguously answered all the questions on the August events,â€ he said.
Saakashvili said he had thought over the reasons of Medvedevâ€™s statement and attributed it to the situation in Russia.
â€œThere is economic, social and political crisis in Russia. Medvedev wants to distract attention from these problems,â€ he said.
