Russia and Georgia begin secret talks

Head of the All-Russia Georgian Union Mikhail Khubutia told Kommersant newspaper that he is mediating in the talks, APA reports. “During our meeting with Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili in Munich we discussed with him the opportunities for restoration of the aviation links and diplomatic relations. Saakashvili was surprised that Georgia was not involved in the NATO Membership Action Plan and decided that he needed to begin dialogue with Russiaâ€.
