Moscow -APA. Moscow made two conditions before Belarus for keeping of stable gas price and 100 billion rubles loan to Minsk, APA reports quoting Russian Kommersant newspaper. These concessions will depend on recognition of independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia by Belarus and selling of Beltransgaz control package to Russian Gazprom at a reduced price. The presidents of Russia and Belarus will make clear the issues of gas concessions and loans on Monday in Moscow. Russia sells the natural gas to Belarus for 128 USD per c/m and 25 percent of Beltransgaz stocks belong to Gazprom now.
