Moscow–APA. Russian President Dmitriy Medvedev faced with an incident during his speech at the scientific conference dedicated to 15th anniversary of Russian constitution, APA quotes RIA-Novosti. While Medvedev was speaking about the opportunities the Constitution opened for improvement of legislation, one of the young people in the room expressed his protest against the recent Constitutional changes. He screamed “Shame to the Constitutional amendments, we need in free elections!” The security tried to kick him out of the room, but Medvedev said “let him stay here and listen, the Constitution is for that everybody can express his thought”. Despite that security expelled the young man, who is a member of “We” Youth Movement and reporter of the “Chastniy correspondent” newspaper Roman Dobrokhotov, from the room. He is charged in the administrative procedure.
