The British want to get back “odnoklassniki†website from Russian Albert Popkov

London – APA. British company i-CD Publishing, Carlene Investment Ltd. and Passado Ltd. are going to sue the founder of the website www.odnoklassniki.ru Albert Popkov. APA reports quoting the Vedomosti newspaper that they claim rights to the Russian website and the profits stemming from it. The lawsuit was filed in February 2008.
The company insists that Popkov masterminded his project while working for i-CD, and is using its intellectual property. The court will begin considering the case in a year.
