Mikhail Saakashvili will not run for presidency anymore

Tbilisiâ€“APA. Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili stated that he would not run for presidency anymore. He made this announcement at the meeting with judges, APA reports quoting Interfax agency. He said it was the last term of his presidency. â€œI will not nominate my candidacy for the presidency anymore. Of course I do not intend to die, but I and my friends in the government think that we leave good heritage except the territorial integrity of Georgia and establishing of state institutionsâ€.

Saakashvili was elected the President of Georgia for second term in January, 2008. His presidency will be finished in 2013.
