Baku – APA. President Viktor Yushchenko will hardly support Yulia Tymoshenko or Viktor Yanukovich in the second round, deputy head of the Presidential Secretariat of Ukraine Igor Popov said, APA reports quoting the Ukrainskaya Pravda. He doers not think that the head of state will openly support one of the two candidates.
“His ideas differ from those of these persons,†he said.
Head of the Presidential Secretariat Vera Ulyanchenko does not rule out the failure of the elections. She said the courts passed interesting decisions on the day of voting. On Sunday Kiev Appeals Court passed a special decision on voting at home. According to the decision, persons can vote at home after getting a medical certificate. The court also cancelled the CEC’s decision on the possibility to make changes to the voters’ lists on the day of voting. Moreover, member of CEC Anatoli Pisarenko was reinstated.
