Baku – APA. Ukraine’s Prime Minister Julia Tymoshenko, who run to the second round of presidential elections together with Victor Yanukovich, hopes that voters for third candidate Sergei Tigipko will support her in the second round. Tymoshenko said Tigipko’s voters wouldn’t have other choice, APA reports quoting Ukrainskaha Pravda. “Tigipko can sympathize to Yanukovich and can support him, but I know that his supporters don’t like Yanukovich. They can not allow Yanukovich to be elected the president, because they have high intellectual level, but voting for Yanukovich is a voting for cave centuryâ€.
Tymoshenko said the democratic forces should prevent Yanukovich to gain more votes in the second round. “I am about to negotiate working with the democratic forces from today. The duty of democratic forces, which composes more than 60 % of the population, is not to allow Yanukovich to win one more percent in the second round. I understand voters for Tigipko and Yasenyuk – they want changes. I promise changes they expect. I also understand those who support Yushchenko – they want Ukraine to become independent and sovereign European country that it could return. I assure the Yeushchenko’s supporters that I will guarantee this way of development in Ukraineâ€.
