Baku – APA. First round leader of the presidential elections in Ukraine, leader of the Party of regions Victor Yanukovich said the orange deserved elections results it gained. He valued the elections as referendum, APA reports quoting Ukrainskaya Pravda. “The orange team considered that they could promise during the elections only because people would forget it. But the people didn’t forgetâ€.
Yanukovich said he watched Tymoshenko’s briefing and saw her hopeless. “It didn’t surprise me. I understand that she hoped to win voters’ support for the next time, but first, she must acknowledge mistakes of her orange team in the past five yearsâ€.
Yanukovich said he was not against the orange team’s slogans. “I will fulfill those summons in my activity further. I will search for a model of unity that every one can find own place.
