Minsk – APA. Belarus joined the Collective Security Treaty Organization’s agreement on quick reaction forces, APA reports. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said the process of signing relevant documents was finalized on Friday. He said he intended to preside over the organization for the second term and the members of the organization agreed with that. Only Belarus and Uzbekistan among seven member countries didn’t join the quick reaction forces so far. Belarus related it with the “milk war” with Russia, but Uzbekistan said it was not confident in its intention to join the agreement.
