Short-term notes placing held

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. On June 24, 2009 an auction on placement of short-term notes of Central Bank with the state registration number 50102421S, total volume AZN 5 000 000, volume put-up to the auction AZN 4 000 000, face value per note AZN 200, and turnover period 28 days was carried out on Baku Stock Exchange.
Total volume of orders submitted by 2 investors made AZN 5 802 000 at face value.
Orders were presented in price range from 99.92% (YTM â€“ 1.03%) to 99.88% (YTM â€“ 1.54%).
Central Bank set cut off price on competitive orders in the amount of 99.89% (YTM â€“ 1.42%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.91% (YTM â€“ 1.16%). Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 4 000 000.
The maturity date of Notes is July 22, 2009.
