He said that Cicek would meet with high-ranking Iranian officials during a two-day visit: “The latest regional developments and expansion of parliamentary relations and relations in other fields are among issues which will be discussed during the meetings.”
Sheikholeslam also said that a high-ranking delegation led by Omani Minister for Defense Affairs Sayyid Badr al-Busaidi would visit Iran at the invitation of Iranian Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan: “The Omani minister will meet his Iranian counterpart as well as some other top Chinese officials. He will also visit Iran's defense equipment exhibition. The two sides would also sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on defense cooperation.”
