"In the coming days, a meeting will be held at the level of the foreign affairs and defense ministers, as well as the heads of the intelligence agencies of Türkiye, Russia, Syria and Iran, said a spokesperson of Turkish President Ibrahim Kalin in an interview with Anadolu Agency, APA's Istanbul bureau reports.
He noted that the meeting will take place in Moscow and the parties clarify the date of the meeting. According to Kalin, Türkiye has clearly expressed its position on the security of its borders, the fight against terrorism, and the return of Syrian migrants to their country.
Kalin also noted that there is a benefit to holding these meetings in the quadrilateral format at the request of Iran.
