Nasreddin Amer, the Houthis’ deputy information secretary, told Al Jazeera that the overnight US strike that hit one of the group’s radar sites in Yemen caused no damage or casualties, APA reports.
“There were no injuries, no material nor human losses,” Amer said, adding that the Houthis would come back with a “strong and effective response”.
Houthi spokesperson Mohammed Abdulsalam told Reuters news agency that the US strike would not deter it from waging attacks on Israel-linked vessels in the Red Sea.
