According to him, discussions about moral police have started in Iran.
"I hope that it will become a structure that protects basic rights and freedoms. We see that the Iranian administration is determined in this direction. Some of Iran's pro-Armenian stances concerned us, as did the Azerbaijani side," Kalin said.
According to him, these are being discussed with the Iranian side.
