Amid Global instability, diplomacy and cooperation are indispensable, said Türkiye’s Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz during a panel discussion at the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Antalya reports.
He stated that the world order established after World War II has entered a phase of serious transformation not only politically but also economically: “A new balance of economic production and trade is forming in the world, while geopolitical tensions are increasing. We feel this process very clearly in our region.”
Cevdet Yılmaz noted that Türkiye is expanding opportunities for security and cooperation by actively participating in various regional platforms: “We are a member of NATO and a candidate country for the European Union. At the same time, we are developing cooperation mechanisms with the Organization of Turkic States and Muslim countries.”
