Baku – APA. The opening ceremony of Azerbaijani painter Chingiz Mehbaliyev's personal exhibition "Painting your life" was organized in the gallery of Ybl Palace in Budapest in July 9, 2013, APA reports.

Mr. Vilayat Guliyev, Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Hungary and Mr. Tamás Hegedűs, Member of the National Assembly of Hungary (Parliament) and Member of the Hungarian-Azerbaijani Friendship Group of the Inter-parliamentary Union delivered opening speeches in the ceremony.

Mr. Vilayat Guliyev, Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Hungary shared his impressions about creative arts of painter and noted the importance of such events for promoting Azerbaijani culture in Hungary. Mr. Tamás Hegedűs, Member of the National Assembly of Hungary said his opinion about Azerbaijani culture and painter, he mentioned that he is very glad to see how social and cultural relations improve between two countries.

Director of Hungarian Trade House in Baku Jeyhun Abdullayev, Chairman of Hungarian-Azerbaijani Friendship Union Svetlana Abdullayeva, founders and members of Azerbaijani-Hungarian Youth Union, public figures of Hungary, leaders of youth organizations of main political parties, hungarian and foreign businessmen and other guests also participated in the ceremony.

During the exhibition Chingiz Mehbaliyev answered the questions of hungarian media about his art activity.

Mr. Vilayat Guliyev, Ambassador of Azerbaijan in Hungary, Mr. Tamás Hegedűs, Member of the National Assembly of Hungary and other guests wrote their impressions about paintings to the guest book at the end of the ceremony.

About 30 recent art works of painter are included in the exhibition which will last until July 13, 2013.

Remind that it is not the first success of Chingiz Mehbaliyev in international art activities. He was the youngest participant in the international art exhibition dedicated to 800th anniversary of Mevlana Djalaleddin Rumi, organized by UNESCO in 2007. Next year he took part in the international cartoon contest "Molla Nesreddin - Azerbaijan" and became member of Azerbaijan Cartoonists Union. The artist was invited to Bartin (Turkey) to exhibit his arts and after successful participation he became the member of SESAN (“Serbest Sanatchilar” - Free Artworkers) in 2010. A year later his painting "Colors dedicated to Imadaddin Nasimi" attracted the attention of jury in the international art contest among CIS member states and his painting was included in the final catalog of the contest.
