Baku. Anakhanım Hidayatova – APA. UNESCO has to condemn the initiative to delete the Persian writings on the tomb of Nizami Ganjavi, Legal and Judicial Parliamentary Commission member MP Mohammad Ali Esfahani said, APA reports.
To him, Nizami Gancavi creativity belongs to Iranian culture and is considered the main source of the Persian language: “I think Nizami Gancavi is a part of world heritage. Therefore UNESCO should take steps to avoid the process, demand reimbursement of the inflicted damage and condemn this behavior of Azerbaijan at the international organizations”.
