Azerbaijan National Philharmonic Hall hosts concert dedicated to Luciano Pavarottiâ€™s 75th anniversary- <font color=red>PHOTOSESSION </font>

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova â€“ APA. A grandiose concert dedicated to 75th anniversary of Luciano Pavarotti took place at the Azerbaijan National Philharmonic Hall. The concert was performed by the Azerbaijan National Symphonic Orchestra conducted by Azerbaijanâ€™s honored art figure Yalchin Adigozalov and conductor of Belarus National Academic Grand Opera and Ballet Theater Victor Plaskina. Azerbaijani, Italian and Russian singers performed at the concert. Italian tenor Danilo Formaggia, Brussels Opera soloist Svetlana Sozdatelyeva, Minsk Opera soloist Alla Plaskina and young Azerbaijani baritone Ilham Nazarov were also among the performers. A large local audience and foreign guests viewed the concert.

Luciano Pavarotti is an outstanding operatic singer of 20th century. He is Italian, but performed concerts in North and South America, Asia, Africa, Europe and Australia. He opened school of music in his hometown Modena in Italy in the last period of his life. Pavarotti became a legend of opera. The tenor organized annual charity concerts â€œPavarotti and friendsâ€. He died at age of 72, on September 6, 2007 in Modena.
