"European leaders symbolically puff out their chests next to President Donald Trump and say they will not spend 3% of GDP on military expenditures. But of course, they spend 5% of GDP on defense issues. Many of them are playing political games. What I like about President Trump is that he ignores this behavior and just does his job," the U.S. Vice President said.
