Two senior US figures are set to travel to Pakistan for talks related to Iran, according to the White House.
Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said that President Donald Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff and adviser Jared Kushner would travel to Islamabad.
The delegation is expected to listen to Iran’s position and explore potential areas for agreement during the visit.
The White House said the move reflects Washington’s willingness to give diplomacy a chance, with the trip forming part of broader efforts to engage with Iran.
