US President Donald Trump stated that falsification and other manipulation of public opinion poll results in the media should be criminal offenses, APA reports.
"Poll fraud and rigging should be, in fact, criminal offenses," he wrote in Truth Social.
He noted that The New York Times , as well as ABC, NBC, CBS, and CNN, were attempting to influence the outcome of the 2020 US presidential election by publishing false poll results . "It's sad what's happened to American journalism, but I will do everything I can to prevent this polling scam from continuing," the US president added.
