US President Donald Trump has described China's decision to impose a 34% retaliatory tariff on US goods as a "wrong move", Trump posted on his "Truth Social" account, APA reports.
Trump noted that after China applied retaliatory tariffs, Beijing took a "wrong step" and was "panicking."
"China played it wrong, they panicked - the one thing they cannot afford to do!", the US President said.
It is important to note that the Chinese government has imposed a 34% tariff on goods imported from the United States.
