"We have agreed to accelerate the processes related to the delimitation and demarcation of borders with Azerbaijan," Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists, APA's local bureau reports.
According to him, the issue was discussed both at the meeting of the intergovernmental commission and during a bilateral meeting.
"We expressed our hope that work on this process would proceed very quickly. As you know, our position on this issue remains unchanged. We need to see progress. This is our request and appeal to Azerbaijan, and we received a very sincere response to it. Together with our Azerbaijani friends, we aim to achieve progress in areas where no progress has been made so far," he added.
