Russian-American summit in the "three by three" format has been going on for more than two hours. Russian and US Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump are holding a closed-door meeting in the presence of their aides and heads of foreign policy departments, APA reports citing TASS.
The summit is taking place at the US military base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. Although the three-on-three meeting lasts two hours, Putin and Trump began communicating somewhat earlier - literally stepping off the ramp and greeting each other at the official welcoming ceremony, which began at 22:10 Moscow time on Friday.
