Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, a diplomatic source from the Turkish Foreign Ministry told APA's Istanbul correspondent.
Noted that the parties discussed measures to prevent the escalation of the conflict in Gaza.
Furthermore, the chief diplomats emphasized the need to intensify efforts for the release of hostages and highlighted the urgency of establishing a humanitarian aid corridor.
Blinken and Hakan Fidan also discussed the NATO expansion process.
