"It is planned to establish representations of the Western Azerbaijan Community in most of the foreign countries," Chairman of the Western Azerbaijan Community, member of the Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis Aziz Alakbarli told journalists, APA reports.
He noted that during visits this year, they witnessed that quite a large number of people from Western Azerbaijan live in foreign countries:
"We have already held events in this direction in a number of countries. Especially in Ankara, Igdir, Kars, Manisa regions of Türkiye, there are people who have moved from Western Azerbaijan. Festivals are planned to be held in said cities. We will continue this activity of ours in European countries as well."
