Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia stated that an international mechanism is needed in the context of the rights of Armenians from Garabagh, stated in the statement of the Western Azerbaijan Community, APA reports.

The Western Azerbaijani Community considers that it is hypocritical and racist for Armenia to exaggerate the rights of the Garabagh Armenians by denying the rights of the Western Azerbaijanis. The fact that Armenia repeats the tale of the "international mechanism" again shows that it is still living in illusions created by itself," the statement emphasized.
