Community: We are ready for cooperation with UNESCO for valuing Azerbaijani heritage in Armenia

The Western Azerbaijan Community is ready for cooperation with the UNESCO for valuing Azerbaijan's heritage in Armenia and in other such directions, Head of Council of Elders of the Western Azerbaijan Community, MP Ahliman Amiraslanov said at the opening ceremony of the 9th meeting of the National Commissions for UNESCO of the TURKSOY Member States co-organized by Azerbaijan’s National Commission for UNESCO under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), ADA University and the Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD) of the University, APA reports.

"We combat through peace with the Community for returning back to our homeland. Besides, the protection and development of cultural rights in all directions are our main goals. We trust UNESCO in the protection and restoration of our cultural heritage," the Member of Azerbaijani Parliament said.
