"Unfortunately, although we have been able to convey realities regarding Karabakh to the world community, especially in the last 30 years, we have not been able to convey the Western Azerbaijan realities to the world at the proper level," Chairman of the Western Azerbaijan Community Aziz Alakbarli told journalists, APA reports.
The chairman of the community reminded that Azerbaijan is one of the countries suffering the most from refugees in the world: "For 200 years, our people have been subjected to deportations and genocides in their ancestral lands and have been displaced from their lands by Armenians".
