Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh – APA. Friday Sermon in Ajdarbey mosque of Baku was devoted to the tragedy occurred in the coal mine in Soma district of Turkey’s Manisa province.
APA reports that the sermon was delivered by Deputy Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Board, Salman Musayev.
Musayev said that today sermons preached in all mosques of Azerbaijan would be devoted to the tragedy occurred in Turkey under the instruction of Allahshukur Pashazadeh: “We are supporting Turkey, as it supported us in our hard times. We are always one nation with two states.”
Musayev noted that people are appealing to the mosques for providing financial assistance to the families of those who died in the tragedy: “This issue can be discussed on the advice of Allahshukur Pashazadeh.”
Following this, religious affairs advisor of Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan Sadiq Eraslan delivered a speech. He said that Azerbaijan is supporting Turkey in its hard times: “We are one nation. We have one religion, prophet and qibla. The sum of financial assistance does not matter. Paying attention is more important. Allah bless everyone.”
Then Quran was read for those died in the coal mine in Soma district of Turkey’s Manisa province.
Today, Friday sermons preached in all mosques of Azerbaijan will also cover the tragedy occurred in Turkey.
