Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations and Ministry of Internal Affairs on Wednesday held exercises in the framework of preparations for the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games.
The exercises were held in the Sport-Concert Complex named after Heydar Aliyev, the emergencies ministry’s press service told APA.
The relevant bodies, manpower and equipment of both ministers were involved in the exercises.
Operations on fire safety, evacuation of the spectators and provision of first aid to victims were carried out during the exercises held in order to operatively prevent any emergency case in sports facilities during competitions.
