Following the Republican Party's defeat in the US midterm elections, the White House published a photograph of Donald Trump with the message "PSA: Trump is still your president," APA reports.
White House Communications Director Steven Cheung also shared a similar message on social media.
The posts came after Democrats gained an advantage in Congress.
The election results give Democrats greater opportunities in the legislative process and oversight of the presidential administration. However, the shift in the balance of power in Congress does not end Trump's presidential term.
