Administrative sanctions were imposed on 13 clinics in September, with protocols drawn up under the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health told APA.
Two general surgeons had been found to be performing plastic surgery procedures outside their specialties.
It was noted that two protocols were drawn up over these cases under Article 215.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and were sent for relevant proceedings.
Overall, seven protocols related to dental activities were drawn up in September of this year. Of these, five were prepared under Article 210.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, while two were drawn up under Article 215.1.
The Center said monitoring measures aimed at detecting and eliminating violations of the law in the fields of medical and aesthetic services are continuing. The Analytical Expertise Center reviews citizens’ appeals objectively and promptly in accordance with established procedures and takes measures in line with legislation regarding identified violations.
