Azerbaijan independently provides the essential basic infrastructure in the liberated territories, Emin Huseynov, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan for the districts of Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend, told journalists, APA-Economics reports.
He noted that Azerbaijan is making large-scale investments by the state without any external assistance:“Considering Karabakh’s tourism potential, nature, agriculture, and industrial sector, it is favorable for foreign investors. Each part of Karabakh has its own unique potential. Thus, we can attract investors there.”
