Noted that a farewell ceremony was held in Khirdalan district for martyr Rovshan Aliyev. The remains of the martyr were buried in Khirdalan Martyrs Alley.
Noted that Rovshan Majid Aliyev was born in Khirdalan on March 20, 1973.
He participated in the First Garabagh War. It is assumed that he disappeared during the fighting in Dashalti.
It was discovered that Rovshan Aliyev was buried as an unknown martyr in the Alley of Martyrs in Tartar and his identity was determined.
