The remains of martyr Ramiz Mahmud Mahmudov, who went missing during the First Garabagh War and whose burial location and identity were determined 30 years later, were buried in Zagatala, APA's Northwest Bureau reports.
The remains of Ramiz Mahmudov were buried in the Ashagi Tala village cemetery of the Zagatala district. The funeral was attended by the district administration, military personnel, public representatives, and relatives of the martyr.
It should be noted that Ramiz Mahmudov was born in 1975 in the village of Ashagi Tala, Zagatala district. He entered active military service in 1993. He went missing in 1994 during the batlles in the direction of the village of Seysulah, Tartar district. Ramiz Mahmudov's remains were discovered in the territory of Tartar district.
