The remains of martyr Priyev Ismet Medal, who went missing in the First Garabagh War and whose burial locartion and identity were determined 32 years later, have been buried, APA’s Shirvan bureau reports.
The remains of the martyr were buried in the Martyrs' Alley in the Charaka village of the Goychay region.
It should be noted that Priyev Ismet Medal was born in 1975 in the Charaka village of the Goychay region. Ismet Priyev left for military service on April 29, 1993. He went missing in the battles in the direction of the Fuzuli district on January 1, 1994.
He was found buried as an unknown martyr in the "Peyghambar" cemetery in the Beylagan district and his identity has been determines. The martyr's remains were brought to the Charaka village of the Goychay district today and a farewell ceremony was held at his home.
