"Relocation is being carried out in accordance with the plan in all territories liberated from occupation," Emin Huseynov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavend regions told APA.
He noted that relocation process continues in Agdam, Khojavand and Fuzuli regions: "By the end of this year, the relocation process will begin in three villages of Aghdam region. We are talking about Khidirli, Kangarli and Sarijali villages of Aghdam. In addition, restoration works are underway in Garvand village of Aghdam. Construction works have started in the second district of Aghdam city. It is planned to move to this neighborhood in September-October next year."
E. Huseynov said that the soil works of Dovletyarli and Pirahmadli villages of Fuzuli city have been completed, and soon the projects related to the construction of houses will be started.
