“The flour products sent from Baku to Khankandi has a quality certificate. We also presented the Russian version of the certificate to the Russian peacekeepers," General secretary of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) Jeyhun Mirzayev told APA’s correspondent dispatched to Aghdam.
"We are currently waiting. Until now, there is no change in the situation," he said.
Note that on August 29, the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society (ARCS) sent 40 tons of flour to residents of Armenian origin living in Garabagh.
Trucks loaded with 40 tons of flour are waiting at the Russian peacekeepers' post located on the Aghdam-Khankandi road.
