Both physical and legal entities will carry out demining activities in Azerbaijan, this was reflected in the draft law "On Demining", which was discussed today at the meeting of the Defence, Security and Counter-Corruption Committee of the Milli Majlis (Parliament), APA reports.
According to the draft, the procedure for conducting the assessment for the implementation of demining activities will be determined by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority.
Based on the requests of state bodies (institutions), physical and legal entities, training will be conducted by the authorized institution to their deminers in the manner determined by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority on standard operating procedures, and as a result of the training, an assessment will be made and a certificate will be issued.
