As part of the Baku Dialogue on Missing Persons, participants of an international conference themed “Uniting efforts and enhancing cooperation for addressing the issue of missing persons” has begun visiting Zangilan, APA’s local correspondent reports.
As part of their visit to the liberated territories, the conference participants have arrived in Zangilan district liberated from occupation. During the visit to Zangilan district, they visited the "VICTORY" monument located in the newly rebuilt Aghali village center.
After inspecting the conditions created for the return of the population in the villages of Aghali and Mammadbayli in Zangilan district, the visit participants are also expected to get acquainted with the conditions established at the Mosque and Congress Center in the center of Zangilan city.
Note that yesterday, in the first half of the day, the conference participants visited the mass grave discovered in the Balligaya village area of Aghdara district, as well as the Shusha prison, where Azerbaijani captives were held in the city of Shusha.
