He said that more than 50 thousand people already live, work, and study in the post-conflict liberated areas: "In the last 4 years, we have achieved significant achievements. The construction of 3 new international airports, new railway infrastructure, housing, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions has been completed. The liberated areas have rich renewable energy potential and have been officially declared a "green energy zone". 38 hydroelectric power plants commissioned in less than 4 years have reduced carbon emissions by 620 thousand tons. Solar and wind energy projects are being developed," Anar Guliyev added.
