According to him, the offices owned by community starting to operate in Khankandi, Khojaly and Askaran is expected after the evaluation of the existing infrastructure: “Probably, a detailed discussion of the matter will take place next year.”

Offices of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society will operate in liberated territories, said Jeyhun Mirzayev, the Executive Secretary of Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society as he delivered the speech with a report at the Extraordinary XXVI General Assembly of the Society, APA reports.
“Thus, within the "Great Return" project, Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society is expected to build offices in 3 cities,” – he said.
The Executive Secretary particularly emphasized the fact of assistance to the population living in the Garabagh Economic Region as part of the humanitarian policy by the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society after anti-terrorist measures: “Within this activity, 40 tons of flour were sent to the area and delivered to the necessary stations.”
