“A mass grave located in Ashaghi Seyidahmadli village of Fuzuli district was not found during the searches using devices,” Military Prosecutor, Deputy Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Khanlar Valiyev said as he addressed the international conference on "Increasing national and global efforts to clarify the fate of missing persons”, APA reports.
Military prosecutor noted that this is due to the inhumane burial of the remains, by excavating the soil, not burying in graves: “That’s why the mass graves are mostly found in the areas shown by people who returned from captivity. The international experience of finding the remains of missing persons is being studied, works are underway, and these works will take on a wider form.”
