On the occasion of September 27 — Day of Remembrance, the memory of the martyrs was respectfully honored in the city of Khankendi, and the districts of Aghdara and Khojaly, the Public Relations Department of the Reconstruction, Construction, and Management Service in Khankendi city, and the districts of Aghdara and Khojaly told APA's Karabakh bureau.
At 12:00 PM, a one-minute silence was observed in Khankendi, Aghdara, and Khojaly — just as in all other regions of the country.
During the moment of remembrance, movement of vehicles and pedestrians was halted in the central streets of the city and districts, and vehicle horns were sounded.
