Lieutenant colonel martyred as result of mine terror in Ağdam was laid to rest-PHOTO

Azerbaijani lieutenant colonel Akram Shadmanov Yunis, martyred as a result of a “KamAZ” military vehicle belonging to the Azerbaijan Army falling into a mine on September 24, was laid to rest, APA reports.

The martyred serviceman was laid to rest at the 2nd Alley of Martyrs.

Note that Azerbaijan Army servicemen Shadmanov Akram Yunis and Seyidov Tural Islam were martyred as a result of the explosion of a pre-installed anti-tank mine that was installed for terrorism purposes on Azerbaijan’s supply road.

The other Azerbaijani military serviceman Aliyev Elvin Taleh was wounded with various degrees of bodily injuries.

In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated by the Aghdam District Prosecution Office under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, the witnesses were interrogated, relevant expertises were appointed and other necessary investigative actions were carried out.
