5 passenger cars belonging to ICRC, passed from Khankendi toward Lachin in the morning, and already returned back.
When they returned to Khankendi, they brought medicine, baby food, and diapers with them.
The action participants created conditions for their passage.
This shows again that peaceful protests on the Khankandi-Lachin apply no restrictions on the passage of humanitarian vehicles.
